Senior PR Manager

Job Description

Vegas PR Group provides PR and communications support for a diverse range of domestic and international clients, including global brands, major music labels, and startup companies.

We are looking for a Senior PR Manager who can lead a broad range of PR agency work, from PR strategy development and execution to media relations and team leadership. In the future, we also expect this person to grow into a PR Director candidate, contributing to higher-level client strategy and the overall growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and communications strategies based on each client’s business challenges, brand direction, and objectives
• Manage client relationships with global brands, major music labels, startup companies, and other clients
• Lead regular client meetings, proposals, progress updates, and day-to-day communications
• Build and strengthen media relations, and develop tailored media pitches and approaches based on each media outlet’s characteristics
• Plan, create, and supervise press releases, media materials, proposals, reports, and other PR-related documents
• Plan and manage interviews, media shoots, press events, product launches, pop-ups, and other PR activations
• Plan and coordinate influencer, KOL, and celebrity-related initiatives
• Coordinate and negotiate with domestic and international clients, media, and external partners
• Measure the effectiveness of PR activities, prepare reports, and propose improvements for future initiatives
• Provide direction, review, and training for junior team members and interns
• Support the development of proposals and pitch materials for new business opportunities

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience at a PR agency or communications agency
